The only way to fail the course is by refusing to complete it. You are allowed to take all of the quizzes and the final exam as many times as you need to in order to pass it. On top of that, you will be coached on questions that you missed with constructive feedback and shown the correct answers.

HOWEVER, you can fail the two-part knowledge exam at the DMV and the road skills driving test at the DMV.
