3X Fail – Virginia DMV 8HR Driver’s Manual Course

If you have failed the learner’s permit test three times, you are now required by the DMV to take this 8-hour course to be eligible to retake the test. This course does NOT satisfy the requirement to retake the CDL learners permit test after failing three times.

If you have failed the Virginia DMV written test three times, it is necessary for you to complete this course before being eligible to retake the test.

For individuals aged 18 years or older, this course is specifically tailored to meet your needs.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have previously completed the classroom component of driver education, which consists of 36 fifty-minute sessions (30 Hours). You are required to provide proof of completion before enrolling in this course. You should have uploaded your certificate of completion while registering. Our staff will check your certificate for authenticity before issuing your certificate of completion for this course.
